Pollution by various environmental chemicals such as polychlorinated biphenyls, dioxins, organofluorine compounds, and phthalates is increasing on a global scale. (e.g., people with disabilities). In 2015, Center for Environmental and Health Sciences was certified as a ``World Health Organization (WHO) Collaborating Center for the Prevention of Health Damage Caused by Environmental Chemicals.'' In cooperation, we are actively working on (1) dissemination of knowledge about environmental chemicals, (2) training of experts working on prevention, and (3) strengthening of international joint research networks.
