In considering the 2nd Sapporo Environmental Basic Plan, the City of Sapporo is seeking cooperation from citizens of a wide range of generations regarding the future environment of Sapporo City and its efforts to become an "environmental capital". We held three workshops (co-sponsored by Professor Susumu Ohnuma, Department of Behavioral Science, Faculty Faculty of Humanities and Human Sciences) in order to solicit opinions on these issues.
