With global climate change, natural disasters such as typhoons, floods, and wildfires are becoming more severe. On the other hand, it is said that disturbance of nature is essential for preserving the forests that provide us with blessings. We spoke with Associate Professor Junko Morimoto of Research Faculty of Agriculture about how to come to terms with the situation and turn disaster into blessing.
