Since April 2022, our university has been promoting DX of administrative operations with the keyword "Mind × Digital Transformation" with the aim of improving the operational environment of administrative organizations and creating benefits for its members.
We have formulated the “Hokkaido University Administrative DX Strategy,” which is the basic strategy for our university’s administrative DX.
- Creating a comfortable working environment for all employees
- Developing an environment that enables proactive response to new tasks
With this aim, we have set up projects tailored to issues ranging from core fields to operational units, and are promoting transformation through the three processes of [stopping], [reducing], and [changing].
