Our university's Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) and the University Library will be holding a "Diversity and Inclusion Book Exhibition" from November 15th to March 14th.
Our university announced the "Statement on the Promotion of Diversity and Inclusion" in December 2021. Hokkaido University Library (Main Library/North Library) will be holding book exhibitions related to the following four themes. Why not think about how society and universities should embrace diversity through books?
- Thinking about “gender and sexuality”
- Thinking about “DEI”
- Be aware of discrimination and bias/prejudice
- Searching for a “way of life”
