The Food Loss Reduction Consortium will co-host the Food Loss Reduction Forum in Tomakomai on September 19th, in collaboration with Tomakomai City and Institute for the Promotion of Business-Regional Collaboration.

 

In September 2020, Hokkaido University, Hokkaido Science and Technology Promotion Center, Hokkaido Research Organization, and Secoma Group launched the ``Food Loss Reduction'' initiative with the aim of solving food loss issues and improving yields in supply chains such as food production, distribution, and retail. Consortium was established. At this event, we will introduce the efforts of the "Food Loss Reduction Consortium" using actual examples.
