Event overview
``I bought meat in small packs to reduce food loss, but then plastic waste increased. It's a food issue where there is a trade-off where one side doesn't stand up. What is the best action for us and for future generations? When it comes to food loss, the days when we only had to think about food loss are over, and now we need a perspective that looks at food issues as a whole. “What can we do as a consumer to support food now and in the future?” First, learn from producers, manufacturers, retailers, and logistics people about what is happening in the food system.
