At KUBOTA AGRI FRONT, a science café will be held with the theme of "the sweetness of fruit," where participants will learn about the sweetness of familiar fruits through experiments, aiming to make them love fruits and food even more.

This 80-minute event will feature Dr. Hoshino, Director of Field Science Center for Northern Biosphere, as a guest lecturer, discussing the science behind the deliciousness, sweetness, and varieties of fruits.
