Hokkaido University Library will hold a series of talk events called 'Tapping the Door of Knowledge @ Hokkaido University Library' to help visitors feel more familiar with the library as a place to encounter new knowledge.

The speakers at this event will be researchers from Hokkaido University. They will share the appeal of their research and the latest research findings directly with you.

The inaugural event will be held on Thursday, July 9th! The theme is "The Door to the World of Boneless Aquatic Creatures." We will be inviting Lecturer Keiji Kakui from Faculty of Science and Shogo Sekiguchi, a first-year doctoral student, to introduce us to the taxonomy, phylogeny, and ecology of boneless aquatic organisms.

 

Whether you aspire to become a researcher in the future or you're simply thinking, "I don't really know, but it sounds interesting," please feel free to join us!
