Our university's Arctic Research Center, in collaboration with the Ouchi Resort Secretariat, will hold the citizen lecture "Everyone's Ouchi Resort@Tobetsu" on November 18th, December 9th, and January 20th.

This course is held as one of our regional contributions in Hokkaido. Participation is aimed at Tobetsu Town residents, but this event is open to our university faculty, staff, students, and their related parties, as well as anyone who is related to Tobetsu Town residents, even if they are not Tobetsu Town residents.
