Our university's Arctic Research Center, HAI-FES, Arctic Research Acceleration Project (ArCS II) International Political Issues, Hokkaido University Advanced IT Prototype Lab, Hokkaido Newtopia Data Center Study Group, VTT Finnish Technology Research Center, and seven Hokkaido organizations: "GX and DX at North" will be held from November 20th to 22nd.

Green transformation (GX) and digital transformation (DX) are processes that bring about fundamental changes in the way public and private organizations operate, provide services, and manufacture products. These are expected to generate increased efficiency, innovation, and improved citizen and customer satisfaction.

This international forum will feature keynote speeches and sessions related to GX/DX. We also plan to visit Ishikari City and Tomakomai City and tour renewable energy facilities and biomass facilities.
