The open innovation hub Trillium opened on October 2nd on our university's Sapporo campus as a place to generate new ideas for solving social and regional issues.

The open innovation hub "Trillium" facility serves as a "place" for various collaborations.The first floor is a coworking space with modern design furniture and a comfortable free desk, and images are projected on three screen-shaped walls. There is a presentation lounge that can be used, and 3 rental conference rooms on the second floor. Until 2026, the presentation lounge will be used as ``ENLIGHT,'' a communication activation base that will disseminate information related to the 150th anniversary of Hokkaido University.

As this is a members-only facility, those wishing to use the facility should follow the leaflet and register as members in advance before visiting.
