Our University's Faculty of Health Sciences will hold the 2023 Health Sciences Seminar "Nutritional properties and innovative food applications of sorghum grain" on October 3rd.

 

For this health science seminar, we will be inviting a lecturer from the Department of Biological and Environmental Sciences at the University of Sydney to talk about ``Sorgan.'' . "Sorgan (millet)" is resistant to heat and drought, and can be expected to produce stable yields even in such environments.It is also highly nutritious, making it the basis of the diet of millions of people in developing countries.
