Our University's School of Agriculture and Hokkaido Shimbun Co., Ltd. will hold the 2023 Aguri University Parent-Child Lecture on October 14th and February 17th.

"Aguri University" is an experiential course that has been offered since 2014 by School of Agriculture at our university and Hokkaido Shimbun Co., Ltd. The event is led by ``Dr. Aguri'', mainly faculty members from our university's Research Faculty of Agriculture, and allows students to learn with their minds and bodies while touching real things such as food, plants and animals, soil, and machinery.

The 38th session (held on October 14th) was ``Charcoal is the energy of the future (Dr. Aguri: Professor Kazunori Iwabuchi)'', and the 39th session (held on February 17th) was ``The mystery of milk solidifying, the mystery of its expansion (Dr. Aguri: Professor Kazunori Iwabuchi)'' Professor Akito Kumura)” is scheduled.
