The second general meeting of staff of the Sustainable Campus Promotion Council (CAS-Net JAPAN) was held on June 3, 2023, and representatives from our university included Director and Vice President Atsushi Yokota, Faculty of Engineering Associate Professor Takao Koshino, and Institute for the Advancement of Sustainability Specially appointed associate professor Shingo Kitaoka Sustainable Campus Management Office, Tomohiro Morimoto, assistant manager (in charge of SCM) of the Facilities Planning Division, Facilities Department, and others participated.

At this meeting, a certification ceremony for the Sustainable Campus Assessment System (ASSC) was held. Our university achieved platinum certification in 2022. At the certification ceremony, Director and Vice President Atsushi Yokota received the certificate on behalf of the university.
