Hokkaido University Hospital will open a Personal Health Center (PHC) in FY2021 with the aim of providing preventive medical care using genetic testing.
With the opening of this center, we aim to help people learn about their own risks of diseases such as dementia, high blood pressure, and diabetes through genetic testing, improve their lifestyle habits such as diet and exercise, and take steps to prevent diseases on their own.
Additionally, Hokkaido University Hospital is planning to open a personal health center.
The first step is the *MIND food jointly developed by Personal Health Center (PHC), Hokkaido University Hospital Nutrition Management Department, and Restaurant Ari. From April 5th to April 11th, we will be selling lunch boxes, focaccia, etc. at the Kita Kitchen located at Marui Imai Sapporo Main Store.
