Our university's Institute for Genetic Medicine will hold "Hokkaido University Children's Research Institute 2023" on March 29th and 30th.

Since 2017, this event has been held with the aim of activating children's curiosity about science through contact with actual researchers and exposure to research, and expanding children's possibilities, dreams, and the world. We started this program targeting elementary school students (3rd to 6th grade).

This year's theme is "Basic Medical Research."
