The British higher education magazine "Times Higher Education" announced "THE Impact Rankings 2022" on April 28, 2022 (3:00 a.m. Japan time). Out of the 1406 universities that entered, Hokkaido University was ranked 10th in the world for the first time in Japan (1st in Japan) in the overall ranking, and 1st in the world in the "SDG 2 ZERO HUNGER" category.
