Hokkaido University CoSTEP will host the 149th Science Cafe Sapporo, "Connecting through Soil, Connecting to the Future - Learning about the Future of Agriculture from Symbiosis with Microorganisms (Kin-Kon-Kin)."
At the Science Cafe, we will be inviting Professor Tatsuhiro Ezawa from Hokkaido University, who studies the ecology of mycorrhizal fungi, to talk about the little-known relationship between plants and microorganisms that unfolds in the world beneath the soil.
From the invisible connections between tiny creatures and plants to the future of agriculture, why not join us in exploring the science hidden beneath our feet, guided by Professor Ezawa's inquisitive perspective?
