The Environmental Improvement Promotion Division Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) at Hokkaido University will be holding its first Parenting Cafe.
Teachers and researchers raising children are busy every day balancing work and family life, making it difficult for them to participate in parenting events.
Nevertheless, we believe there is value in having a place and people nearby where you can casually talk about parenting and share information and experiences. Therefore, we will regularly hold a café where you can exchange information while addressing topics that are of interest to you in parenting.
The theme for the first session is "Let's learn about the childcare support system provided by Hokkaido University's DEI (Developmental Education Initiative)!"
