The 61st Hokkaido Medical Association Public Symposium, "AI and IT Will Save Hokkaido University Hospital Joint Project Base Healthcare AIX Innovation Center, the Hokkaido University Faculty of Medicine Medical AI Research and Development Center, the Hokkaido University Graduate School of Medicine Collaborative Research Center Medical Research AI Support Division, and others.

 

Due to a declining birthrate, an aging population, and an accelerating shortage of medical professionals, healthcare in Hokkaido is in crisis. Rapidly developing AI and IT technologies are the solution to this situation.

We will discuss the impact on future healthcare, from remote image diagnosis, telemedicine, and remote surgery to AI hospitals and national AI policies, together with experts.
