Hokkaido University Museum is now accepting applications for its "Intermediate Level Plant Parataxonomist Training Course," to be held on Saturday, June 27th and Sunday, June 28th, 2026.
This workshop is aimed at people who want to start collecting, creating, and donating plant specimens to herbariums, and will teach them the process from collecting plants to identifying them and creating specimens.
The aim is to develop human resources who can support plant taxonomy research by accumulating and providing plant specimens and distribution records.
Date and Time: Saturday, June 27th and Sunday, June 28th, 2026 *Both days from 10:30 AM to 3:00 PM
