The Planning and Management Committee for the 150th Anniversary of Hokkaido University's Founding will hold the Social Implementation Design Project "The Current State of Humanities and Social Sciences Startups" on Friday, June 26th.

Centered around Hokkaido University, startups are emerging that originate from research in the humanities and social sciences.
In this project, we will deepen our understanding through discussions with entrepreneurs and supporters to explore how the numerous humanities and social science startups (SUs) that are emerging can commercialize their research and implement it in society, and how they can collaborate with other startups to expand and sustain their businesses.

Session 1 Theme: What are the challenges of commercializing humanities and social science-related business planning?
How to translate research into customer value
How to refine expertise and specific methods into a service

Session 2 Theme: Is collaboration and ecosystem formation possible through humanities and social science-related school collaboration?
