The Hokkaido University North Library is hosting an exhibition in collaboration with the Hokkaido University Office of Ainu Relations and Initiatives /Ainu Shisam Ureshpa Ukopirikare Ushi titled "Learning about the language, life, history, and exchange of the Ainu people from books: Kanpinukaraan Ro - Itak, Ureshpa, Upashkuma, Nepki, Ukoapkash -".

In relation to the university-wide course "Learning at Hokkaido University," which is offered to all first-year students,
We recommend books based on three themes: "History and Present of the Ainu People," "The Language, Life, and Work of the Ainu People," and "The Ainu People and Hokkaido University."
