The Career Design Center Doctoral Human Resource Development Unit of the Hokkaido University Educational Innovation Organization will hold a seminar on career path diversification support titled "Project Facilitation" on Friday, June 12th.

Do you ever find yourself collaborating with people who have different positions or opinions? There's a technique called "facilitation" that helps facilitate smooth teamwork. Through small-group exercises, you'll experience immediately useful facilitation techniques, incorporating examples of how facilitation is used to improve business operations in companies.

Target audience: Graduate students (MC, DC) and postdoctoral researchers (PD) from universities belonging to the consortium.
