Hokkaido University Tomakomai Research Forest will be holding a "Discover Snow Dwellers Through a Microscope! - Enjoy a Science Cafe with Snow and Ice Creatures" event on Saturday, March 7th.

Together with experts who are also conducting research at the Tomakomai Research Forest, you will learn by actually seeing and touching the snow algae that give snow its color, and the tiny insects that walk on the snow.
