The Hokkaido University Hult Prize Steering Committee is now accepting applications from students to participate in the Hult Prize 2025-2026 On Campus Competition.
The Hult Prize is the world's largest student entrepreneurship idea competition, organized by the Hult Prize Foundation. Each year, a theme related to the United Nations' SDGs is set, and students from around the world compete to come up with entrepreneurial ideas. The competition began at Hokkaido University in 2015, and Floatmeal Inc., a company founded last year by a participant from this competition, has been active in various global programs. "Tikbal" won the regional qualifying round held in Taipei in June 2023, and has advanced to the next global program.

The theme for 2025-2026 will be "Unlimited," following on from last year and the year before.
This year, the Hokkaido University Hult Prize Steering Committee will be holding a variety of programs to help participants learn the business-building process step by step, leading up to the On Campus Competition Final Pitch Competition in February. If you're interested in starting a business, want to improve your English skills, or want to make new friends who will inspire you, we encourage you to join us. You can also apply as an individual without forming a team. In that case, the committee will support you in forming a team, so please fill out the required information on the application form.
