The Hokkaido University Whole Exchange Festival has been held continuously since 2024.
Hokkaido University and local governments have teamed up to tackle local issues and revitalize the region, but we are now looking for new members to help broaden the scope of these efforts!

Hokkaido University has many students who are working hard to solve "local issues."

This event will go beyond the scope of the "Hokkaido University Whole Exchange Festival" and become the "Hokkaido University Student Whole Exchange Festival," inviting seniors who are working to solve social issues of their own volition to talk about their activities!

If you think "solving social issues" sounds difficult, or maybe even exciting, please join us.

You will feel closer to the problems facing society and have moments when you think, "Maybe I can do something about it!"
On the day, seniors looking to spend a relaxed and friendly time will be waiting for you.

We welcome new students as well as those looking to start something new.
We look forward to your participation!!
