We are pleased to announce that new certified products are now available under the Hokkaido University brand.
"Hokkaido Raspberry®" has been added to the "Hokkaido no Mimori" series of Hokkaido University brand sweets, which use agricultural products harvested at Field Science Center for Northern Biosphere Field Science Center for Northern Biosphere has developed a raspberry that is easy to grow in Hokkaido and has a good flavor by crossing wild "brambleberries" that grow in Hokkaido with "raspberries" from overseas.
Two new sweets made with Hokkaido University Raspberries® have been added to the Hokkaido University brand: Hokkaido University Fruits Raspberry Crunch Chocolate and Hokkaido University Fruits Raspberry Cream Sandwich.
They can be purchased at the Hokkaido University original shop in the Elm Forest Information Center.
