The Hokkaido University Mathematics and Data Science Education and Research Center (MDSC) will hold a "Data Science Utilization Seminar" on November 2nd.

Hokkaido University has been selected as the Hokkaido Block Base School and Representative School of the Mathematics, Data Science, and AI Education Strengthening Center Consortium, and MDSC is working to promote mathematics, data science, and AI education and to foster human resources who will be active in these fields. In addition, we are strengthening our ties with the local community and industry, and are also working to develop mathematics, data science, and AI education in Hokkaido. In this seminar, we will invite lecturers from multiple companies to introduce various examples of data science use.
