The Hokkaido University Faculty of Medicine Global Center for Biomedical Science and Engineering will hold the international symposium, "The 11th GCB Biomedical Science and Engineering Symposium," on August 18th.

This symposium is an international symposium held annually with the theme of "Medical Engineering" and co-hosted by Stanford University in the United States. This year, the 11th, will focus on "AI in radiation therapy and diagnostic imaging," and will invite a wide range of cutting-edge researchers from Japan and abroad to give lectures and discuss the latest research and future prospects.
