The purpose of this call is to create a startup ecosystem in the Hokkaido region, to verify business models that utilize the research results of researchers affiliated with universities and to establish university-based startups, with the aim of widely implementing research results in the general public. Approximately 24 projects were selected, of which about 7 were in the agri-food category.
