本学が加盟する「気候変動に関する国際大学連盟（International Universities Climate Alliance（以下IUCA））」では、以下のとおり「Urban Climate Masterclass」を開催しますのでお知らせいたします。

 

都市計画者、建築家、持続可能な開発コンサルタント、地方自治体、大学院生、研究者向けの本イベントでは、建築環境と都市部における気候変動に起因する今日の課題に対処するために不可欠な知識、スキル、技術を提供することを目的に、専門家によるプレゼンテーション、ワークショップ、ディスカッションを通して、「最新の研究成果」「ベストプラクティスのアプローチ」「都市の熱緩和を管理し、ネットゼロの建築環境を実現するための技術」を探求します。

    • 研究者：こちらより直接申し込みください。
      IUCA加盟校のメンバーは登録料の10%割引が適用になります。
    • 大学院生：北海道大学所属の大学院生には、大学より登録料の支援を予定しております（5名程度）。経費支援を希望する場合は、直接IUCAには申し込まず、８月4日（金）までに国際連携課（global@oia.hokudai.ac.jp）宛に、所属・学年・氏名・e-mailをお知らせ下さい。*申し込みが多数の場合は、追加の資料を提出していただく場合があります。また、支援が受けられない場合がございます。
      *対面での参加を希望する場合、交通費・宿泊費等の大学からの支援はありません。
      *経費支援対象者には、イベント終了後に報告レポート（A4・1枚）をご提出いただきますので、あらかじめご了承ください。

The International Universities Climate Alliance (IUCA), which Hokkaido University is a member of, will hold the Urban Climate Masterclass as follows.

 

Designed for urban planners, architects/designers, sustainable development consultants, local governments, post-graduate students and researchers, this event aims to provide essential knowledge, skills, and techniques for addressing today’s accelerating climate-induced challenges to built environments and urban precincts, with presentations by experts, workshops and discussions to explore “the latest research findings,” “best practice approaches,” and “technologies for managing urban heat mitigation and delivering net zero built environments. ”

    • Researchers: Register directly here.
      IUCA members are eligible for a 10% discount on all rates.
    • Post-graduate students: Hokkaido University will support the registration fees for post-graduate students of Hokkaido University (approx. 5 students). To apply for this financial support, please contact the Division of International Relations (global@oia.hokudai.ac.jp) by August 4 (Fri.) with your affiliation, grade, name, and e-mail, instead of registering directly to IUCA.
      * In the event of a large number of applicants, additional materials may be requested, and you may not be able to receive this financial assistance.
      *This financial support is only for the registration fees and Hokkaido University will not be able to provide any other support including transportation, accommodations and other expenses for your in-person participation.
      *Please note that those who receive this financial support will be required to submit a report (one A4 sheet) after the event.
