Hokkaido University Ambitious Doctoral Fellowship (SDGs) is aimed to support outstanding students, regardless of the research field, to work towards the realization of
the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Those who participate in the fellowship (SDGs) will have the opportunity to obtain financial support. The purpose of this
fellowship is to develop human resources who can contribute to the achievement of the SDGs and shoulder a significantly important role in the “Post-SDGs” society.

Hokkaido University has been selected by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology (MEXT) as an implementing institution for the “University Fellowship Program for Science and Technology Innovation” in the field designation type (Information Science/AI) and the bottom-up type (SDGs).

The Hokkaido University Ambitious Doctoral Fellowship (SDGs) publish our research activities every academic year to implement the research findings into society.
