Our University's Research Faculty of Agriculture will hold the 66th Clock Tower Salon "Let's Ask School of Agriculture" on December 20th.
The theme of the 66th event is "Defeating food poisoning bacteria!" Basically, it is important to follow the three principles of preventing food poisoning caused by bacteria: ``Don't get it, don't let it multiply, and kill it.'' Heating is a common way to "kill it", but what should you do with perishable foods that cannot be heated? A variety of new approaches are being developed to achieve a richer and safer diet. We will present topics from two researchers who have been researching these topics for many years.
