Our Graduate School of Public Policy will hold the HOPS seminar "Second Sapporo City Urban Development Strategy Vision and Action Plan 2023 (Draft) - Sapporo City's Urban Development for the Past Five Years" on November 15th.

This seminar will be held as part of the "Special Lecture on Public Management I" class. This program is intended for graduate students affiliated with HOPS and faculty members of our university.

Based on the "Second Sapporo City Urban Development Strategic Vision," which serves as a 10-year guideline for urban development, Sapporo City aims to realize the city image it aims to achieve in the vision and steadily promote the matters indicated in the mayor's pledge. As such, we are currently formulating the "Second Sapporo City Urban Development Strategy Vision and Action Plan 2023," which summarizes the measures that Sapporo City will implement over the next five years. In this seminar, we will introduce the direction of Sapporo City's urban development efforts over the past five years.
