Our University's Graduate School of Public Policy will hold the 2023 4th HOPS Seminar "Interactive local government management role-playing game SIMULATION Hokkaido 2035" on December 3rd.

SIMULATION Hokkaido 2035 is an ``interactive local government management role-playing game'' where teams manage a fictional local government. You will become the manager of the fictitious H City and experience realistic budgeting while interacting with your friends. You can enjoy it even if you have no knowledge of government or finance.

This seminar is intended for current Hokkaido University students, but if you are a student outside Hokkaido University and wish to participate, you will need to contact us separately.
