Our University's Research Center for Chemical Reaction Design (WPI-ICReDD) will hold the 12th WPI Science Symposium on November 23rd.

The symposium consists of two parts.In the morning part, researchers in the field of information science gather from research centers of the "World Top Level Research Center Program" (WPI) all over Japan, and use the information technology of WPI centers. We will introduce cutting-edge research in an easy-to-understand manner. In the afternoon session, outreach (public relations) staff from WPI centers will be in close contact with the general public, using a variety of communication methods to introduce the world's highest level research results from each center. We will also touch on the circumstances that led them to become scientists and outreach workers, and provide advice for those who are thinking of pursuing a career in science in the future.
