Science Agora 2023, a science and technology event sponsored by the Japan Science and Technology Agency (JST), will be held on November 18th and 19th. At this event, the Arctic Research Acceleration Project (ArCS II: Arctic Challenge for Sustainability II), in which our university is participating, will have a booth.
This year's ArCS II booth will feature exhibits related to the North Pole and ArCS II, as well as science talks by researchers, globe crafting, and other programs. At the science talk, Associate Professor Daiki Nomura of the University's Field Science Center for Northern Biosphere will give a presentation entitled "Observation on Ice in Cambridge Bay, Far North Canada."
Learn about the current state of the Arctic and think about its future together with researchers.
