Our university's Slavic-Eurasian Research Center will hold the 2023 public lecture "What will happen? What should we do? Japan-Russia relations" from October 16th to November 10th.

The world changed when Russia launched a full-scale military invasion of Ukraine on February 24, 2022. Relations between Japan and Russia have also been greatly affected, with the situation completely changing between before and after the Ukraine war. In this public lecture, experts in international relations, diplomacy, military, trade, energy, fisheries, and culture will interpret Japan-Russia relations, which is a serious issue for our country, from their respective perspectives, and provide advice for the future. We aim to provide guidelines.
