The 2025 Nitobe Inazo Memorial Lecture, which is open to the public and sponsored by School of Agriculture and the Sapporo Agricultural Alumni Association, will be held on September 30th (Saturday) as part of Hokkaido University Homecoming Day.
At this year's Nitobe Inazo Memorial Lecture, Mr. Tsunao Oyama, former president of Hokusei Gakuen and former president of Keisen Jogakuin Junior College, who is also a researcher of Kanzo Uchimura and Inazo Nitobe, gave a lecture titled ``Kanzo Uchimura, Inazo Nitobe, Kingo Miyabe - Youth. I will give a lecture titled ``Aspirations and Life.'' This lecture will be held to commemorate the 150th anniversary of the founding of Hokkaido University, as a project to think about Sapporo Agricultural College and Nitobe Enyukan (tentative name), and as part of the annual Hokkaido University Homecoming Day School of Agriculture event.
