A workshop to promote the active participation of women, ``Let's all think about environments in which diverse human resources can play an active role -Thinking through dialogue with role models~'' was held by the Science Council of Japan, Division 2 Life Sciences Gender Diversity Subcommittee. It will be held on September 16th.

This workshop is divided into the following five breakout rooms (dialogue in groups), and Professor Mikako Ogawa of the University Advisor to the President and Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences is scheduled to speak at "Group E: Considering True Diversity - Exploring a Bias-Free Way of Life" as a speaker.
