The Personal Health Center (PHC) Hokkaido University Hospital, in collaboration with The Plantrician Project and SunBridge Co., Ltd., will be hosting the "Lifestyle Medicine Seminar with Dr. Scott Stoll."
In this seminar, we are pleased to invite Dr. Scott Stoll (co-founder of The Plantrician Project), a leading expert in lifestyle medicine and plant-based nutrition in the United States, to give a lecture on the latest findings regarding plant-based nutrition and chronic disease prevention.
In addition, we will hold a panel discussion on the concept of a lifestyle medicine hub originating from Hokkaido University Hospital, and in the second part, we plan to have a social gathering over a MIND food dinner featuring ingredients from Hokkaido.
