The Hokkaido University School of Fisheries Sciences Soccer Club is launching a crowdfunding campaign titled "Hokusui Soccer Club: Returning to the League After 12 Years."

The Hokkaido University School of Fisheries Sciences Soccer Club (Hokusui Soccer Club) is a traditional team with a 100-year history in Hakodate. However, in 2025, it faced the crisis of being disbanded with only one active member. A reconstruction effort started by one person who wanted to "not let the tradition die out" has now brought together more than 20 members. In 2026, we will take on the big challenge of returning to the "Hokkaido Student League" for the first time in 12 years. We want to break down the situation where the pure desire to "continue playing soccer" is crushed by financial reasons, and pass on this tradition to the next generation.
