The Child Development Clinical Research Center, affiliated with Faculty of Education Hokkaido University, will hold the Developmental Support Forum 2026 Spring, "A World Where Children's Voices Can Be Heard," on March 21st.

Isn't the very act of being alive a form of "expression" for children, and even for adults? Expression is also a child's "voice." That voice can be heard or not heard depending on how adults "gaze" at children. On a spring day as we approach the new school year, let's reflect on and share our thoughts about children's expressions and voices.
