The Hokkaido University Institute for the Promotion of Business-Regional Collaboration hold a practical training course, "Learn Programming Construction Methods and Acquire Logical Thinking Skills," from Tuesday, June 9th to Tuesday, July 7th, 2026, aimed at helping people become "creators" of Java web application generation AI.

As AI and digital technologies dramatically transform society, it's crucial to understand not only the perspective of those who use AI, but also those who create it. This course will help you develop logical thinking skills while learning everything from the basics of programming to web application development and programming using generative AI.

Through hands-on exercises where you create programs, this course aims to help you understand the mechanisms of programming and the underlying principles of AI. No prior programming experience is required.
We welcome students who want to learn about AI and IT mechanisms, as well as students who are interested in the digital field for the future!
