H-ARTs, a wellness promotion project led by Hokkaido University, ARCS Co., Ltd., LALZ Co., Ltd., Tsuruha Co., Ltd., and the city of Sapporo, will be holding the "Free Health Check!" (hereinafter referred to as the "Program") four times in 2026.
The wellness promotion project "H-ARTs" aims to contribute to the creation of a healthy and sustainable local community, and has implemented this program a total of 10 times since 2023. With a total of over 2,600 participants and a repeat rate of over 70%, it has made a significant contribution to fostering health awareness among local residents. In addition, student volunteers from neighboring universities, including Hokkaido University, participate in this program as staff, and it also serves as a place for students to interact with local residents.
The 2026 event will be held on the following dates and times:

[Implementation details]
We will offer four tests: the popular "Brain Age Test" and "Bone Health Test," the "Vege Check®" that measures estimated vegetable intake, and the "TANO" program, which checks for body misalignment and provides personalized exercise. We will also offer a "Grip Strength Test" (with cooperation from Curves) throughout the year, which measures your grip strength to assess your current physical fitness and health. Additionally, we will have a "Vascular Age Test & Golden Flaxseed Sample Distribution" (with cooperation from Nippun Co., Ltd.) booth, where participants will receive advice on lifestyle improvements and sample roasted Hokkaido "Golden Flaxseed" grains after their vascular age measurement. We will also have a "Imuse Tasting" booth (with cooperation from Hokkaido Kirin Beverage Co., Ltd.) booth, where participants will be introduced to Imuse, a beverage containing Plasma Lactobacillus that supports healthy immune function. After each test, participants will be able to discuss their results during a "Nutrition and Results Consultation." We will also have a "Prize Handout Booth" where participants will receive prizes based on the number of tests completed.
