The Hokkaido Institute for the Advancement of Graduate Education Higher Education Training Center and the Hokkaido FD/SD Council will hold a seminar titled "Making work and family your own: How to think about work-life balance and careers during child-rearing for male employees" on Thursday, March 5th.

This seminar is aimed at male employees looking ahead to their own life stages (marriage, childbirth, childcare, elderly care, etc.) and proactively reconsidering their relationships with work, family, and society (Work-Life-Social). It goes beyond simply informing employees about the system, and provides an opportunity for them to think about redesigning their work-life balance in accordance with their own values and circumstances.
