Hokkaido　University Public Policy School (HOPS) will hold a seminar entitled "Designing fundraising and capital circulation through public-private partnerships - Considering corporate hometown tax donations as a topic" on Thursday, February 26th.

The lecturer will be Yasushi Kasai, who moved from the private sector to start his own business and whose mission is to act as a liaison and interpreter between the public and private sectors.

This event is open to current students, faculty, and staff of Hokkaido University, as well as HOPS alumni. *No prior application required (please come directly to the venue).
