On Sunday, March 1st, Research Faculty of Agriculture at Hokkaido University will host a program for third to sixth graders entitled "Learn about the wonders of milk at Hokkaido University's farm and classrooms - Make and eat mozzarella cheese and butter using Hokkaido University milk."
Associate Professor Tomohiro Mitani of Research Faculty of Agriculture, who specializes in milk, will guide you through Hokkaido University's cowsheds, farms, and Agri-Food Center. Learn about cows and dairy products, and try your hand at making mozzarella cheese and butter using Hokkaido University milk.
